I. OUR VISION & MISSION

Established in 2011, The University of Puthisastra Faculty of Pharmacy is one of leading institutions for pharmacy education in Cambodia, located in the vibrant heart of Phnom Penh, the capital city of Cambodia. We are recognized by the Royal Government of Cambodia and accredited by the Accreditation Committee of Cambodia (ACC).

Vision

To be a pioneering and internationally recognized School of Pharmacy in ASEAN, developing competent, ethical, innovative, digitally proficient, and patient-centered pharmacists.

Mission

1.  Provide high-quality, innovative, and digitally enabled pharmacy education, research, and professional development.
2.  Serve communities and build partnerships to advance pharmacy practice, improve health outcomes, and promote continuous quality improvement.

The Faculty of Pharmacy offers three programs: Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences (M.Pharm.), Master of Medical Biology (MMB) and Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.). Since 2020, UP Faculty of Pharmacy is recognized as a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) provider by the Pharmacist Council of Cambodia (PCC). There 10 departments under the faculty including the Academic office, Office of Rotation and partnership, Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, Department of Pharmacognosy, Department of Basic Pharmaceutical Sciences, Department of Medical Biology, Department of Pharmacology, Department of Toxicology, Simulation Pharmacy, and UP Pharmacy.

As of 2023, the Faculty of Pharmacy has 23 full-time academic staff and 84 part-time lecturers (62 national lecturers and 22 international lecturers). Currently, there are 700 students and 170 intake students each year. The Faculty of Pharmacy has successfully graduated 7 batches of students equal to 637 graduates. At present, these graduates are working in both public and private sectors in government, ministry of health, community, hospital, industry, company, laboratory, educational institution and NGOs. The Faculty of Pharmacy is known as the fastest growing school of pharmacy in the country.

Our mission is to educate students on mandatory and compulsory knowledge and skills related to community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, industrial pharmacy, biological sciences, basic pharmaceutical sciences and the environment. Our comprehensive education is enriched by English, Critical Thinking, Information Technology, Communication and Research studies which are necessary for the success in the pharmaceutical field and the management of private and hospital pharmacies, medical laboratories, and pharmaceutical enterprises.

I. ចក្ខុវិស័យ និងបេសកកម្មរបស់យើង (OUR VISION & MISSION)

មហាវិទ្យាល័យឱសថសាស្ត្រ នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យពុទ្ធិសាស្ត្រ (University of Puthisastra – Faculty of Pharmacy) ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងនៅឆ្នាំ ២០១១។ មហាវិទ្យាល័យនេះ គឺជាស្ថាប័នឈានមុខមួយក្នុងការអប់រំផ្នែកឱសថសាស្ត្រនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដែលមានទីតាំងស្ថិតនៅចំកណ្តាលរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ មហាវិទ្យាល័យត្រូវបានទទួលស្គាល់ដោយ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងទទួលបានការទទួលស្គាល់គុណភាពអប់រំពី គណៈកម្មការទទួលស្គាល់គុណភាពអប់រំនៃកម្ពុជា (ACC)។

ចក្ខុវិស័យ (Vision)

ក្លាយជាសាលាឱសថសាស្ត្រឈានមុខ និងទទួលស្គាល់ជាអន្តរជាតិក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ាន ដោយអភិវឌ្ឍឱសថការីដែលមាន សមត្ថភាព សីលធម៌ ភាពច្នៃប្រឌិត ជំនាញឌីជីថល និងផ្តោតលើអ្នកជំងឺ។

បេសកកម្ម (Mission)

1. ផ្តល់ការអប់រំផ្នែកឱសថសាស្ត្រ ការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍវិជ្ជាជីវៈដែលមាន គុណភាពខ្ពស់ មានភាពច្នៃប្រឌិត និងប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល។
2. បម្រើសហគមន៍ និងកសាងភាពជាដៃគូ ដើម្បី លើកកម្ពស់ការអនុវត្តវិជ្ជាជីវៈឱសថសាស្ត្រ ធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងនូវលទ្ធផលសុខភាព និងជំរុញការកែលម្អគុណភាពជាបន្តបន្ទាប់។ 

មហាវិទ្យាល័យឱសថសាស្ត្រ ផ្តល់ជូនកម្មវិធីសិក្សាចំនួន ៣ រួមមាន៖

• Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences (M.Pharm.) — ថ្នាក់អនុបណ្ឌិតវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រឱសថសាស្ត្រ
• Master of Medical Biology (MMB) — ថ្នាក់អនុបណ្ឌិតជីវវិទ្យាវេជ្ជសាស្ត្រ
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) — បរិញ្ញាបត្រឱសថសាស្ត្រ

ចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ ២០២០ មក មហាវិទ្យាល័យឱសថសាស្ត្រ នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យពុទ្ធិសាស្ត្រ (UP) ត្រូវបានទទួលស្គាល់ជាអ្នកផ្តល់ ការអភិវឌ្ឍវិជ្ជាជីវៈជាបន្ត (Continuing Professional Development – CPD) ដោយ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាឱសថការីកម្ពុជា (Pharmacist Council of Cambodia – PCC)។

មហាវិទ្យាល័យមាន ១០ នាយកដ្ឋាន/ផ្នែក រួមមាន៖

1.    ការិយាល័យសិក្សា (Academic Office)

2.    ការិយាល័យកម្មសិក្សា និងភាពជាដៃគូ (Office of Rotation and Partnership)

3.    នាយកដ្ឋានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឱសថ (Department of Pharmaceutical Technology)

គិតត្រឹមឆ្នាំ ២០២៣ មហាវិទ្យាល័យឱសថសាស្ត្រមានបុគ្គលិកសិក្សាពេញម៉ោងចំនួន ២៣ នាក់ និងគ្រូបង្រៀនក្រៅម៉ោងចំនួន ៨៤ នាក់ ដែលក្នុងនោះមានគ្រូបង្រៀនជាតិ ៦២ នាក់ និងគ្រូបង្រៀនអន្តរជាតិ ២២ នាក់។

បច្ចុប្បន្ន មហាវិទ្យាល័យមាននិស្សិតសរុបប្រមាណ ៧០០ នាក់ និងទទួលនិស្សិតថ្មីប្រមាណ ១៧០ នាក់ក្នុងមួយឆ្នាំ។ មហាវិទ្យាល័យឱសថសាស្ត្របានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សានិស្សិតចំនួន ៧ ជំនាន់ សរុប ៦៣៧ នាក់។

បច្ចុប្បន្ន អតីតនិស្សិតទាំងនេះកំពុងបម្រើការងារទាំងក្នុង វិស័យសាធារណៈ និងវិស័យឯកជន ដូចជា៖

• ក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល
• សហគមន៍
• មន្ទីរពេទ្យ
• ឧស្សាហកម្ម
• ក្រុមហ៊ុន
• មន្ទីរពិសោធន៍

• អង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល (NGOs)

មហាវិទ្យាល័យឱសថសាស្ត្រ ត្រូវបានគេស្គាល់ថា ជា សាលាឱសថសាស្ត្រដែលមានការរីកចម្រើនលឿនបំផុតនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

បេសកកម្មរបស់យើង គឺផ្តល់ការអប់រំដល់និស្សិតអំពី ចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញដែលចាំបាច់ និងតម្រូវឱ្យមាន ដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹង ឱសថស្ថានសហគមន៍ ឱសថស្ថានមន្ទីរពេទ្យ ឱសថស្ថានឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រជីវសាស្ត្រ វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រឱសថមូលដ្ឋាន និងបរិស្ថាន។

ការអប់រំដ៏ទូលំទូលាយរបស់យើង ត្រូវបានបន្ថែមដោយការសិក្សាលើមុខវិជ្ជា និងជំនាញដូចជា ភាសាអង់គ្លេស ការគិតវិភាគ (Critical Thinking) បច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មាន (Information Technology) ការទំនាក់ទំនង (Communication) និងការស្រាវជ្រាវ (Research) ដែលជាចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញចាំបាច់សម្រាប់ ភាពជោគជ័យក្នុងវិស័យឱសថសាស្ត្រ និងសម្រាប់ការគ្រប់គ្រង ឱសថស្ថានឯកជន ឱសថស្ថានមន្ទីរពេទ្យ មន្ទីរពិសោធន៍វេជ្ជសាស្ត្រ និងសហគ្រាសឱសថ។
